Seysembaeva Zhanar Aitbergenkyna was born on February 22, 1980 in Kulan village, T.Ryskulov district, Zhambyl region. Nationality is Kazakh. In 1996, she graduated from the school named after Sh. Ualikhanov. In 1996, she entered Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, majoring in "Kazakh language and literature". She graduated from the university in 2000.
